If you have not already done so, you will need to request your username and password. All requests are manually verified to assure customer confidentiality. You can make a request by filling out this form.
P.O.M. Overview
>> Logging In
Logging in to the P.O.M. System is now much easier. Just enter your username and password in the form on the left of any page, and you will be taken to the P.O.M. System.
Optionally, you may choose to have your log in information saved on your computer by checking "Remember Me." This will create a cookie on your computer that stores your log in information in an encrypted format. The next time you visit the site, your information will be automatically entered.

Navigating around the P.O.M. System is quite easy. Simply use the "Navigation" menu on the left has side of the page.
Summary Page
- The Summary Page is the first page you see when you log into the P.O.M. System. This gives a simply overview of your orders by category.
Active P.O. List
- The Active P.O. List displays all P.O.s for your company that are currently in production. These are P.O. that are still on the shop floor, at the metal finishers, or awaiting final inspection.
Overdue P.O. List
- The Overdue P.O. List displays all P.O.s that have not been shipped and are now past the requested delivery date.
Ready to Ship P.O. List
- The Ready to Ship P.O. List displays P.O.s that are completely finished but have not been shipped. These may be split orders or P.O.s that were completed early and are waiting to ship to meet the requested due dates.
Finished P.O. List
- The Finished P.O. List displays all P.O.s that are completed and shipped.
Search
- The Search page is a simple search utility that allows you to search by P.O. or by Part Number to easily find the information you need.

(1) Status
- Processed: We have received your P.O. and entered it into our system.
- In Progress: We have begun work on your order
- Ready To Ship: Your order is finished and it is ready to ship out at the requested date.
- Shipped: Your order has been finished and shipped.
- Complete: We have closed the order in our system.
(2) Blank
- A blank entry in the Shipped column means there is no information available regarding shipment of this delivery. Typically, these are P.O.s that were entered into our program while it was still early in development.
(3) Black
- A date in the Shipped column means the parts were completed and were shipped on the specified date. No other information is available. Typically, these are P.O.s that were entered into our program while it was still early in development or were delivered by a method that does not have tracking information (our truck, certain freight companies, local pick up, etc.)
(4) Red
- A red date in the Shipped column means the parts were completed and were shipped on the specified date. By clicking on the date, you will be provided tracking information for your package.
