V&G Dynamic Machine and Tool, Inc. facilitates the development of new instrumentation and technology for the semi-conductor industry from blueprints and drawings. Our company manufactures parts utilizing CNC Milling as well as CNC Lathe (operated by Mastercam software) on all types of conventional and exotic materials. We have supplied semi-conductor manufacturers, special machine designers, and instrument and analysis companies for more than 22 years; sustaining a 99.9 percent on time delivery rate. Our goal is to stay on the leading edge of precision machining technology.

We offer our customers a complete range of CNC machining services. We specialize in instrument production and prototype work, precision tooling and molds, custom fixture manufacturing and design, as well as molding repairs. Our pricing is competitive and we can turn the parts around in a short amount of time. We welcome the opportunity to quote from either faxed prints or via e-mail. We work from prints created in just about any drawing program (i.e. CAD, AutoCad, BMP, JPEG, GIF, JIF, etc.).

Barcode/Tracking System

V&G Dynamic Machine and Tool, Inc. has designed and developed a proprietary work order entry/barcode system to provide real-time tracking of procedures, stock, material, etc. All materials are electronically archived with a digital image of each arrival document and bar-coded/labeled for easy tracking. Each job is linked to the exact material used in production. Procedures are tracked through the use of a check-in/check-out system.

This system is integrated with this website in the form of the P.O.M. (Purchase Order Management) System. The P.O.M. News

New Website
We've done a complete redesign to the website to deliver more content and ease navigation. Along with this update, we have revamped the P.O.M. System. Accessing the P.O.M. System is much easier. Simply enter your login information in the form on the left side of the page and hit "Submit". The P.O.M. System is also easier to read, and due to code changes, easier for us to update and improve.

     New Machine
  We've been making many changes over the last couple months. In addtion to remodeling and reorganizing our shop, we've added another new machine to the line up. We liked the HAAS VF-2 so much we bought another one. The new VF-2 has a VMC of 30"x16"x20", a 20-hp motor, and many upgrades.

      P.O.M.
  We've been hard at work "behind the scenes", developing a custom application that includes a barcode based tracking system for materials, parts, P.O.s, etc. With this system we will be able to provide even better customer service and more details on any aspect of your orders. P.O.M. is the online portion of this program. P.O.M. allows our customers to check on their orders via the internet to get up-to-date status information, as well as shipment tracking.
